Star Resources Tile Wholesalers Pty Ltd are not liable for any personal injuries or accidents as a result of slipping on tiles under any circumstances.

As a wholesale supplier of tiles, we have no responsibility for the environment in which the tiles will be placed and laid, therefore we are not liable for the suitability of the tiles in the surroundings which they are laid. All customers should be aware of external factors and risks of slippery surfaces under various conditions and are beyond the control of the supplier, as no liability can be accepted for any personal injuries or accidents as a result of slippage.

While our slip test results have a value that may appear acceptable at the time of testing, customers should be aware of factors that will affect these results including: wear and tear, build up of residue, floor levels, water, oil and other contaminants of the surfaces. These factors are beyond the control of the supplier and therefore no liability can be accepted for injuries and accidents.
